We have a Teaching Pastor, Community Life Pastor, Associate Pastor for the Next Generation, and a Ministry Fellow on our ministry staff. The church is supported by a part-time Office Administrator.
Todd Cravens joined the Hope staff as Teaching Pastor in June 2008 and also serves as an elder. He and his wife, Alisa, have three teenaged children. Todd earned his Masters of Divinity degree at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. He previously served churches in Kentucky and Pennsylvania. Iain Whitfield has been an Elder since 2001 and currently serves on staff as the Community Life Pastor. He and his wife, Liz, moved from the UK in 1986 pursuing his career in U.S. commercial banking and responded to a call to ministry in 2007. He has two adult daughters, one of whom is married. James Park began serving at Hope as a Ministry Fellow mid-February 2016. James is a graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and has been serving in ministry since 2003. James and his wife Yun Mi are originally from Atlanta, GA but sensed the Lord calling them to New England. They answered the call and moved Massachusetts in February 2013. James serves in the worship ministry and many other areas in Hope. He is Korean-American and enjoys eating all foods, but especially Korea and America foods. Click here to email James.
